In a resealable plastic bag place sugar, yeast and add warm water. Mix them up a little and leave the bag open for about 10 minutes as the yeast activates.
Add the Flour to the wet ingredients and reseal the bag. Start squishing it together with your hands to mix it all up. Let it sit in the bag for about an hour. You will see the bag filling up gas and the dough getting bigger.
Remove from bag and knead for 5-10 minutes until smooth and you can push gently on the surface and it bounces back.
Mold into your form or place in a greased loaf pan. Cover your loaf with plastic wrap or something that will limit the amount of extra air that passes over it.
You can brush top of bread with olive oil or melted butter, or spray a little non-stick spray and bake until golden, about 20-30 minutes. Remember to rotate your bread halfway through its bake time.
