Before- and After-School Clubhouse (Childcare)

Clubhouse (childcare) requires registration. However, you are not charged until you use it.

Standard Day Hours

Before-School:

7:45 a.m. to the Start of Arrival for Grades 1-8 in Casa 4

7:45 a.m. to 8:40 a.m. for Grades P3-K in Mezzo B

After School: End Dismissal until 6:00 p.m.

Early Dismissal Hours

Before-School: Same as Above

After School: End of Dismissal until 6:00 p.m.

For Clubhouse, an electronic clock is used to check students in/out and for billing. Students are checked in/out via Clubhouse staff and released only to Parents/Guardians or to an authorized person who is listed in their record. Parents/Guardians can update the list of authorized people via their Portal.

For 2025-2026 Clubhouse Rates are as follows:

Before and After School

$16.00 per hour per student

$850.00 maximum per student per month (excludes breaks) 

$3.00 per minute per student for any student remaining beyond 6:00 p.m.

Arrival/Dismissal Courtesy for Students with Older Siblings

To assist families of multiple children across different grade levels during arrival and dismissal, we provide an option for complimentary drop-off and pick-up time in Clubhouse, depending on the student's check-in/out times.
 

Before-School 

Pre-elementary (P3-K) Student with a Sibling in Grades 4-8

Dropped off at 8:10 a.m. or later: Complimentary care from 8:10-8:40 a.m.

Arrival at Clubhouse prior to 8:10 a.m.: Student is checked in to Clubhouse, and charges incur from check-in until 8:40 a.m.
 

Pre-elementary (P3-K) Student with a Sibling in Grades 1-3

Dropped off at 8:20 a.m. or later: Complimentary care from 8:20-8:40 a.m.

Arrival at Clubhouse prior to 8:20 a.m.: Student is checked in to Clubhouse, and charges incur from check-in until 8:40 a.m.
 

Lower Elementary Student with a Sibling in Grades 4-8

Dropped off at 8:10 a.m. or later: Complimentary care from 8:10-8:20 a.m.

Arrival at Clubhouse prior to 8:10 a.m.: Charges incur from check-in until 8:20 a.m.

After-School 

Pre-elementary (P3-K) Student with a Sibling in Grades 4-8

Picked up prior to 3:40 p.m.: Complimentary care from 3:05-3:40 p.m.

Picked up after 3:40 p.m.: Charges incur from 3:05 p.m. until checked out.

 

Pre-elementary (P3-K) Student with a Sibling in Grades 1-3

Picked up prior to 3:15 p.m.: Complimentary care from 3:05-3:15 p.m.

Picked up after 3:15 p.m.: Charges incur from 3:05 p.m. until checked out.

 

Lower Elementary Student with a Sibling in Grades 4-8

Picked up prior to 3:40 p.m.: Complimentary care from 3:25-3:40 p.m.

Picked up after 3:40 p.m.: Charges incur from 3:25 p.m. until checked out.

Invoices are posted on your billing Portal no later than the tenth day (or the next business day if the tenth falls on a weekend or holiday) of the month that follows the incurred charges. Ten days later, on the twentieth (or the next business day if the twentieth falls on a weekend or holiday) the  payment for the invoice is due and processed through Veracross.

When school is closed for the NWAIS Conference (October), Midwinter Break (February), National Association of Independent Schools Conference (February) and Spring Break (April), we offer Clubhouse Camps in place of regular Clubhouse. These camps have a theme with the following hours:
 

7:45 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Arrival/Check In

9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Camp

3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Dismissal/Check Out

4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Extended Care (optional and additional fee)

Clubhouse Camps require preregistration with a set price that is due at the time of registration.

Clubhouse Camp (Full Day): $125.00

Extended Care Option: $30

Registration must be completed prior to attending.
