The second day at NatureBridge started with rain but cleared as students hiked around Barnes Creek and Lake Cresent. In addition, students conducted observations and measurements in nature using scientific tools. It was a busy, but good day.
We had another wonderful day. A bit of rain in the morning, but then the weather took a turn for the pleasant; certainly, a nice treat as we hiked around Barnes Creek and Lake Crescent. We got our hands on all kinds of scientific equipment to observe and measure the nature around us. Indigenous plants were identified, sediment was settled, experiments were executed, and many more nouns and verbs were alliterated. A busy day for sure, but a good one.
