Clubhouse opens at 7:30am this year. Childcare is available before and after all full school days as well as:

• six full days; October 8, October 22, November 11, November 12, January 17, March 11
• weeklong; Mid-winter (Feb 21-25), Spring Break (April 4-8) 1 wk before, 2 wks after Summer School
• all Early Dismissal Days: October 21, January 14, March 10, March 23, May 27, June 15

Eton School Clubhouse (childcare) is not open on the following days that school is closed:

• Labor Day and two days after (September 6-8), Thanksgiving and the day after (November 25-26)
• Winter Break (Dec 20-31), Memorial Day (May 30), weeks after Summer School (Aug 22-Sept 6, 2011)

Eton School's Childcare billing is changing to offer a link between the clock-in procedure and the family Clubhouse account. The new electronic clock-in system accommodates a rate based on the time used within each month. Families may purchase, in advance, Daily Use Points to be used in CH. Each point is given a value in time and dollars. Each point is 15 minutes and costs $1.50 or the cost of childcare is $6 per hour. This hourly rate is applicable for all use other than the Monthly Unlimited, and Weeklong Breaks.

The Monthly Unlimited card is $380. The Weeklong Breaks (Mid-Winter, Spring and all-day weeks of CH prior to and following summer school may be purchased at $275 a week.

In summary, there are three ways that childcare will be charged:

* Must be pre-paid at the end of prior week / month, as hourly rate is the default rate used by clock-in system.

Reservations are required for use during the Breaks and full days that school is closed. Pre-paid daily use points may be purchased at any time; monthly Unlimited option must be purchased prior to the beginning of the month. December and June unlimited options are prorated for the shortened schedule.
